The siGENOME Non-Targeting Pools are each comprised of four siGENOME Non-Targeting siRNAs, and are recommended for experiments using pooled siRNA such as Dharmacon SMARTpool® reagents. Each individual siRNA within this pool was characterized by genome-wide microarray analysis and found to have minimal off-target signatures.

Please Note: Customer reports have shown that siGENOME Non-targeting siRNA #1 reduces EGFR mRNA (NM_005228) in an assay- and cell-specific manner by ~50%. This finding was not observed by initial microarray validation, but has been subsequently verified by internal scientists.
